Exhibition information 

The Exhibition will be held in the Cosmos Ballroom at the Grand Resort Lagonissi. Our appointed stand contractor is the Podimatas Group.

Exhibition booth:

The following items will be included as complimentary in each booth package:

  • Hard shell scheme booth (aluminium structure with grey panels)
  • Lighting (1 spotlight for every 3m2)
  • 1 x table (120x60cm; grey top with stainless steel legs)
  • 2 x white folding chairs
  • 1 x standard power socket 500W
  • Fascia board with company name and logo

Please note that the Cosmos Ballroom is carpeted, however if you require carpet for your booth, this will need to be ordered directly with the Podimatas Group.  Please click here to see the choice of colours. Deadline is Monday 2 October.


Electrical equipment / Additional booth furniture:

Each exhibition booth comes with a table and two chairs as complimentary. If you would like to order additional furniture or any electrical equipment, please contact the Podimatas Group. Please click here for their catalogue. The deadline for all orders is Monday 2 October.


Booth Graphics:

Each booth is made up of 1m panels (below is an image of a 3m x 2m to show how the wall panels and frame structure come together. The silver frame will divide the images). The panel dimensions are as follows:

  • Full panel sticker 95.6x241cm (height) - €100/piece
  • Plastic canvas print 300x250cm (height) - €375/piece
  • Other stickers, etc according to dimensions - price on request

Exhibition set-up:

Exhibition set-up will be on the afternoon of Monday 16 October (time TBC). Exhibitors will be able to break down their booth on Wednesday 18 October (time TBC).


Shipping Information

SITE Event Logistics is our recommended freight forwarder for this event. Please call them to arrange all inbound and outbound shipments. If you choose your own forwarder, SITE provide an advance receiving warehouse for all exhibition material requiring delivery into the venue. All items will then be transferred from the warehouse to the venue and delivered directly to your stand.  Please note that the Grand Resort Lagonissi will not accept direct shipments, as they have no facilities for receiving or storing freight.

Certificate of Insurance

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that both company personnel and products exhibited are adequately insured and must have suitable public liability insurance. Tangent Link and the venue accept no liability for any damage, loss or personal injury before, during or after the event. Furthermore, exhibitors should make arrangements to lock away equipment, publicity material, etc. overnight.

Tangent Link requires copies of third-party liability insurance (public liability) from each exhibitor participating at the show no later than Friday 29 September. Failure to provide copies of such could result in denied access for the exhibiting company.
