Exhibition Information

The Exhibition will be held in a hangar close to the NSW RFS Training Academy. Our appointed stand contractor is Audio Plus.

Exhibition booth:

The following items will be included as complimentary in each booth package:

  • Shell scheme booth
  • Exhibitor ID sign (white exhibitor header board with black font for exhibitor name)
  • 2 x lights
  • 1 x 6' table 
  • 2 x chairs 
  • 1 x single 10 amp power outlet (please let Louise Smith know if you require more than this)

Please note that if you require carpet for your booth, this will need to be ordered directly with Audio Plus.  The colour of the carpet is charcoal and is A$15 per square metre laid and removed. Deadline is Thursday 1 June.

Electrical equipment:

TV screens can be ordered directly with Audio Plus. Deadline is Monday 24 July.

Exhibition set up:

Exhibition set up will be between 14:30-17:30 on Tuesday 1 August. Exhibitors will be able to break down their booth on Thursday 3 August from 16:30.

Additional Booth Furniture

Each exhibition booth comes with a table and two chairs as complimentary. If you would like to order additional furniture, please contact Adors Party Hire. Their catalogue is on their website and please click here for their price list. Please send an email and provide the following information:

  • Billing name
  • Billing address
  • Mobile number
  • Event date (any deliveries should arrive on Tuesday 1 August)
  • Event address (NSW Rural Fire Service Training Academy)
  • Pick up or delivery by Adors?
  • Items & quantities

Deadline for orders is Monday 17 July, but all orders are subject to availability so would advise to do as soon as possible.

Booth Graphics

Each booth is made up of panels (below is an image of a 3m x 2m to show how the wall panels and frame structure come together. The silver frame will divide the images). The panel dimensions are 965mm W x 2255mm H for artwork purposes. If you would like printed panels, please contact Simmo Signs directly.  Deadline is Monday 3 July.

Certificate of Insurance

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that both company personnel and products exhibited are adequately insured and must have suitable public liability insurance. Tangent Link and the venue accept no liability for any damage, loss or personal injury before, during or after the event. Furthermore, exhibitors should make arrangements to lock away equipment, publicity material, etc. overnight.

Tangent Link requires copies of third-party liability insurance (public liability) from each exhibitor participating at the show no later than Friday 14 July.  Failure to provide copies of such could result in denied access for the exhibiting company.
