Exhibition Information

Our appointed stand contractor is LyonExpo. Please use their online exhibitor portal to order artwork, additional furniture and electrical equipment, or contact Saskia Aafjes at aff@lyonexpo.fr for a custom solution.

Booths in the main Exhibition Hall:

The following items will be included as complimentary in each booth package:

  • Grey shell scheme booth
  • Fascia with company logo 
  • Stand sign with exhibitor name & booth number
  • 1 desk (CAS44) with logo on front
  • 2 chairs (COQ)
  • 1 bin
  • 40W LED bar per 9m2
  • 1 power strip
  • Grey carpet

NB: Please note that each booth comes with grey carpet as standard. If you wish to have a different colour, please order via the online portal.

Start-up booths in the Foyer:

The following items will be included as complimentary in each start-up package:

  • Grey shell scheme booth (150w x 200d x 190h)
  • 1 desk (CAS44) with logo on front
  • 2 stools
  • 40W LED bar per 9m2
  • 1 power strip
  • Grey carpet

 

Company logo:

Please send your logo as a vector file (.EPS or .AI) to LyonExpo with your booth number before Friday 14 February. If you don't have a vector version, please send a high resolution .TIF or .JPG file. If LyonExpo does not receive your logo before the deadline, they will print your exhibitor name in black.

Shipping Information

SITE Event Logistics has been appointed as the official freight forwarder and onsite ground handler for this event. Through SITE's global office network, they can offer tailored solutions to your shipping requirements. They will assist all your documentation requirements, free of charge, to ensure shipments clear customs in time. As the recommended logistics contractor, SITE will be able to provide the most competitive rates along with priority delivery to stand for exhibitors who book services direct. They have different options available so please get in touch and let them know which one you prefer. We recommend utilizing SITE's advanced receiving warehouse to avoid shipping being misplaced or stuck in customs.

  • Option 1: Comprehensive all-inclusive freight package - collected from your door and delivered direct to your stand at the venue
  • Option 2: All courier shipments to be received at the advanced receiving warehouse prior to the show. SITE will then deliver the shipments directly to your stand at the venue

Deadline: All shipments should reach the advanced receiving warehouse by Wednesday 19 March. Please consider the transit time and customs formalities when planning your shipments.

It is important to note that the venue cannot support with acting as the importer of record of any shipping documents. Also, the venue cannot receive any shipments directly, so please contact SITE ASAP so that they can assist with the receiving address and import instructions.

 

Disclaimer: We recommend that you send your exhibition materials/boxes to SITE's advance warehouse for the event as they will ensure that your packages are delivered to your stand for set up, and it will avoid any packages being misplaced or lost at the venue. Please note that if you do send your materials directly to the venue, Tangent Link will not take any responsiblity for lost boxes/items.

Certificate of Insurance

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that both company personnel and products exhibited are adequately insured and must have suitable public liability insurance in order to attend this event. Tangent Link and the venue accept no liability for any damage, loss or personal injury before, during or after the event. Furthermore, exhibitors should make arrangements to lock away equipment, publicity material, etc. overnight.
