Start-up Hub
Space will be allocated in the foyer outside the main Exhibition Hall.
Each start-up package includes:
- 1 desk with logo on front
- 2 stools
- 1 power strip
Company Logo Submission
Please send your logo as a vector file (.EPS or .AI) to LyonExpo, including your booth number, by Friday 13 February.
If you do not have a vector version, a high resolution .TIF or .JPG file is acceptable.
If logos are not received by the deadline, LyonExpo will print the exhibitor name in black.

All exhibitors are required to be registered by Friday 27 February.

Shipping Information
Our appointed freight forwarder is UPEX LS, who can assist you with the correct and timely dispatch of your consignments to the show. It is essential that UPEX LS is notified in advance of any shipment. Consignments arriving at their warehouse without prior notification may be delayed and could incur additional charges.
Please note that UPEX LS cannot be held responsible for non-delivery, delays, or any additional costs arising from consignments sent without prior notice.

Insurance and Liability Notice for Exhibitors
Exhibitors must hold appropriate Public Liability and Employers' Liability Insurance as a condition of particpation. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that both their personnel and products are adequately insured for the duration of the event.
Tangent Link and the event venue accept no liability for any damage, loss or personal injury incurred before, during or after the event.
Exhibitors are strongly advised to secure equipment, promotional materials, and other valuables overnight, as no overnight security is guaranteed.
