Our appointed stand contractor is LyonExpo. Please use their online exhibitor portal to order artwork, additional furniture or electrical equipment. For custom solutions, you may contact Saskia Aafjes at aff@lyonexpo.fr

Start-up Hub
Space will be allocated in the foyer outside the main Exhibition Hall.
Each start-up package includes:
- 1 desk with logo on front
- 2 stools
- 1 power strip
Company Logo Submission
Please send your logo as a vector file (.EPS or .AI) to LyonExpo, including your booth number, by Friday 13 February.
If you do not have a vector version, a high resolution .TIF or .JPG file is acceptable.
If logos are not received by the deadline, LyonExpo will print the exhibitor name in black.

Insurance and Liability Notice for Exhibitors
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that both their personnel and products are adequately insured for the duration of the event. Exhibitors must hold appropriate public liability insurance as a condition of particpation.
Tangent Link and the event venue accept no liability for any damage, loss or personal injury incurred before, during or after the event.
Exhibitors are also strongly advised to secure equipment, promotional materials, and other valuables overnight, as no overnight security is guaranteed.
