Exhibition Information
Our appointed stand contractor is American Exposition Services (AES). The POC for your company will receive a welcome email from AES with the login information for their online exhibitor kit. This email will be sent from info@american-expo.com so please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive anything. If you do not receive this email, please call AES directly at +1 916-925-3976. The online portal is the complete guide for all your booth and shipping requirements.
Exhibition booth:
The following items will be included as complimentary in each booth package:
- White shell scheme booth
- Company Name ID Sign
- Mounted LED arm lights
- 1 x 6' draped table (2 tables included for the larger booths)
- 2 x chairs (4 chairs for the larger booths)
- Waste basket
- 1 x power connection (500 watts)
NB: Please note that the Exhibition Ballroom is carpeted, but you can order carpet for your booth through the online exhibitor kit.
Exhibition set-up:
- Exhibitor Move-In: Wednesday 6 March between 17:00 - 20:00
- Exhibitor Move-Out: Friday 8 March between 16:00 - 18:30
Rigging Requirements
Please be advised that Encore are the exclusive rigging provider at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. If you are considering rigging anything in your booth space, you will need to complete the advance rigging form no later than 21 days prior to the event. We recommend filling out a form if you are even considering the possibility of requiring rigging, as the equipment and labour for this gets booked up very quickly.
Shipping Information
AES can help with all your material handling needs. The following options are available:
- Advance shipment to warehouse: please send advance shipments to arrive between 29 January to 23 February. Shipments received before or after this window will receive a 30% surcharge.
- Direct shipping to SAFE Credit Union Convention Center: please send direct shipments to arrive on 6 March between the hours of 08:00 - 16:00. Shipments received at show site outside this timeframe may be refused and/or subject to a surcharge.

Certificate of Insurance
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that both company personnel and products exhibited are adequately insured and must have suitable public liability insurance in order to attend this event. Tangent Link and the venue accept no liability for any damage, loss or personal injury before, during or after the event. Furthermore, exhibitors should make arrangements to lock away equipment, publicity material, etc. overnight.
