AFFNA24 will be held at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Centre, 1400 J St, Sacramento, CA 95814.
The Hyatt Regency (1209 L Street, Sacramento, CA 95814) is the official host hotel for this event. Tangent Link has negotiated special rates for attendees during their stay in Sacramento (subject to availability until 13 February 2024. After this date, reservations will be offered at the hotel's regular rates, again, subject to availability).
Room rate: 1 King Double or 2 Double Beds = $224/night (room only, excludes taxes)

Static Display
Ahead of the event conference, there will be an opportunity to visit McClellan Airport to take a look at fixed wing, rotorcraft and UAS at the static display, and for those who wish there will be tours of CAL FIRE's Aviation Training Center and Aviation Management Unit facilities. If you wish to showcase any aircraft, please contact Carl Piercy to discuss. The deadline for confirming aircraft is Wednesday 21 February.

The dress code for the event is business attire. If applicable, uniform may be worn. This helps to promote networking and service recognition among delegates. The dress code for the social functions will be smart casual.
