Tangent Link has appointed SITE Event Logistics as the sole recommended freight forwarder for this event. We strongly recommend you use SITE for all your shipping requirements.
SITE has different options available:

Option 1 |
Official Freight Forwarder - Comprehensive all-inclusive freight package – Collected from client’s door and delivered direct to stand at the venue. |

Option 2 |
Clearance & Delivery for shipments arriving through SEA/AIR/LAND. |

Option 3 |
All courier shipments via our advanced receiving warehouse as the venue is unable to accept deliveries directly. |
Special customs regulations & import prohibitions for strategical goods
Special customs regulations and import prohibitions exist for shipments of a military and defence-related nature, otherwise referred to as Strategic Goods. Please see Strategic Goods Act.
Please do not send these goods without our confirmation. All such items are subject to Import and Export Permits and in order to apply for this on your behalf, SITE will require a copy of the Invoice/Packing list and PDF Product Brochures with full specification and ML code by 1 July 2024.

Alternative Shipment
We DO NOT recommend using an independent shipping company and urge you to use the recommended freight contractor SITE. Using an alternative courier does not necessarily guarantee your goods arriving on time and it is important that you have the tracking number and relevant paperwork as we cannot help locating missing items. Please also ensure that the forms are filled out correctly and you tick the box “Duty Paid at Origin” to save any delay at customs. You must be responsible for ensuring your goods arrive in time for set up.
If you do choose to use your own company to ship your goods to the venue, please be aware that all items must be marked with the following information:
